Isolated gusts to 55 mph possible through this evening and again during the day Thursday. * WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey, and southeast New York. * WHEN...Until 10 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will blow down scattered tree limbs. A few trees and power lines could be downed, with power outages possible. Unsecured objects and decorations will be blown around and/or damaged.
