At around 6:30am on Saturday morning the Terryville Fire Department responded to a call about a vehicle fire at a home in Port Jefferson Station.

When firemen arrived on the scene they discovered two vehicles were involved in the fire. The fire jumped to a third vehicle and a large propane tank on the property.

Luckily the firemen were able to get everything under control.

“All fire was extinguished and no injuries were reported,” Terryville Fire Department reported.

Two adjacent homes also suffered damage due to excessive heat. The fire department said that none of the cars were electric vehicles. There was no report on the cause of the flames.
