The Second Squad reports the arrest of three male juveniles for an incident that occurred on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 5:30 pm in Syosset.
According to Detectives, two 17-year-old male juvenile victims were at the Crocus Drive Playground where they arranged to meet three other male juveniles. Upon arrival, the three male subjects forcibly grabbed the victims and threw them to the ground, while striking them numerous times with a closed fist.
The subjects then taped their mouths shut and began shaving their heads before removing various items from their pockets and fleeing scene. After a thorough investigation, officers located the three males and placed them under arrest without incident.
The three male juveniles are each charged with Robbery 2 nd Degree, Assault 3rd Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree. They will be arraigned on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at First District Court-Adolescent Offender Part in Hempstead.
