Car Stolen in Broad Daylight: Uniondale Grand Larceny Caught on Camera?
The First Squad reports the details of a Grand Larceny that occurred on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 4:30 PM in Uniondale.
According to detectives, a 48-year-old male victim left his gray 2008 Honda Element parked and running with the keys inside on Uniondale Avenue in the vicinity of Waverly Place. When he returned to the vehicle a short while later, it was gone. An investigation revealed that two suspects entered the vehicle and drove awaysouthbound on Uniondale Avenue.
One suspect is described as a male black in his late teens to early twenties, approximately 5’9” tall, wearing a black hat, blue Adidas jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers.
The other suspect is described as a female black, in her late teens to early twenties, approximately 5’6” tall, with long black hair, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and brown sneakers.
The investigation is ongoing.
