The Homicide Squad reports a Water Emergency that occurred on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 8:10 AM in Oyster Bay.
According to Detectives, a Town of Oyster Bay employee observed a 2025 Kia submerged in a body of water located at the Theodore Roosevelt Park and Marina.
Second Precinct Police Officers responded to scene and located an unresponsive 57-year-old adult male victim inside the vehicle. The victim was pronounced at scene by Nassau County Police Paramedics.
The investigation is ongoing.
