Wading River, NY - February 16, 2015 - Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating a murder-suicide during which three people died in Wading River last night.
Riverhead Town Police were called to 27 12th St. after a resident of the home called 911 to report a gunshot victim. When police entered the home, they found three people dead from gunshot wounds.
Thomas Calhoun, 44, shot and killed his girlfriend, Tanya Lawrence, 43, and her daughter, Danielle Lawrence, 17, before killing himself. All three were residents of the home.
The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information on this case to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392.
