The January 2021 closed median home price for Long Island, which includes Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens housing data recorded on OneKey MLS, was $550,000 representing a 14.80% increase over last year’s reported price of $479,000.

Nassau County reported a $600,500 closed median home price in January representing an increase of 13.4% over $529,500 reported by the MLS last year.

Suffolk County reported a closed median price of $475,000, which represents an 18.8% increase over $400,000 reported last year.

Queens reported a closed median home price of $656,000 representing an increase of 8.4% over $605,000 reported by the MLS last January.

The total number of available residential listings in January 2021 on the MLS is 12,004, which represents a decrease of 18.9% over last year.
