According to reports, Frank’s Steaks, a previously popular Jericho eatery, is at the center of legal turmoil as its owner, Richard Gerzof, is embroiled in a lawsuit approaching $450,000.

The suit claims that Gerzof, who had been leasing the property from Triangle Properties since 2008, was evicted in December through a court-issued warrant, just weeks before the establishment ceased operations.
