Since the restaurant's opening in 2006, LL Dent has offered various meatless dishes, making it ideal for those who observe Lent. "I grew up with the Christian tradition of abstaining from meat on Fridays," Leisa Dent, Chef/Co-Owner, LL Dent, said. "With the Lenten season upon us, our seafood, salad and vegetarian dishes give diners an opportunity to observe their religious traditions and still be able to enjoy a good meal."
