After a long, snowy winter the skies have provided a welcome reminder that spring is just two weeks away - Monday’s snowstorm turned out to be only a slight dusting after 8 inches of accumulation were at one point predicted, and we’re looking at high temperatures over 40° for the next four days. There’s a lot more to celebrate than just the coming of warmer weather, as St Patrick’s Day is but ten days away and there are plenty of parades and festivities all month long on Long Island.
