The Third Squad reports the details of an Attempted Robbery that occurred on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 10:40 PM in New Cassel.
 
According to Detectives, two male victims, ages 37 and 41, were parked on Sherman Street where they were approached by two unknown males. The first male subject displayed what appeared to be a black colored handgun and demanded the victim’s money. The victims were unable to comply and produce any proceeds so the subject’s fled scene northbound on Sherman Street.
 
The first subject, who displayed the handgun, is described as a male, approximately 5’8” tall, wearing a black facemask and a black colored jacket. The second male subject is described as approximately 5’6” tall wearing dark colored clothing.
