Many Long Island children are looking forward to Spring Break this year. After a hard winter, we are all ready to enjoy the warmer weather. Some Long Islanders will enjoy time away, but maybe going away with your family is not in the agenda for this year. No need to worry! There is plenty going on right here!
Be sure to confirm the days you have off from your school, since all different school districts used different amount of snow days this year.
This vacation will mark two holidays: Easter and Passover. There are many activities and events going on for both holidays.
- Check out a Passover seder or hold one at your home.
- There are many great brunches going on during Easter.
- Take part in an Easter Egg Hunt!
- Travel to the city!
Maybe you do not want to go away from home and want to do fun activities with the kids. How about trying:
- To make colorful eggs together
- And create a themed Easter Basket
In addition to all you can do this break, there are many events taking place all over the island to entertain you and your family!
