The First Squad reports the arrest of a Uniondale man for a Grand Larceny that occurred during November 2024 in Uniondale.
 
According to Detectives, a male subject received a $5,000 dollar security deposit to secure a rental property. The male victim, 48, signed a lease agreement and attempted to move in, when he discovered that it was already occupied. It was determined the subject did not have legal ownership to the property or the authority to rent.
 
A thorough investigation was conducted and Gerson Robles, 39, of 1079 Midland Street, was arrested without incident. Defendant Gerson Robles is charged with Grand Larceny 3 rd degree and was arraigned on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
