Suffolk County Photographer Arrested for Alleged Forcible Touching of Teenager

Suffolk County Police arrested a photographer on charges of forcible touching and endangering a child, following a report by an 18-year-old victim of an incident during a photo shoot in 2023.

Suffolk County Police today arrested a photographer for forcibly touching a female teenager at a Lindenhurst business in 2023.
 
An 18-year-old female contacted police on April 8, 2024 to report William Keegan, a photographer at Flawless Digital Photos, located at 125 East Sunrise Highway, forcibly touched her during a photo shoot in January 2023. Following an investigation by First Squad detectives, Keegan was arrested at the First Precinct on April 12.
 
First Squad detectives charged Keegan, 49, of 32 Hampton Place, Freeport, with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Keegan was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date.
 
Detectives are asking anyone who believes they could be a victim of Keegan to contact the First Squad at 631-854-8152.
