Tucker Carlson, the host of Fox News' show "Tucker Carlson Tonight," on weekdays at the 8 pm slot time has parted ways with the network after a controversy surrounding his recent comments about a government official.

Carlson's final appearance on the Fox News’ show was aired on April 21, Fox News stated.

The departure comes Just days after following the resolution of Dominion Voting Systems' $787.5 million defamation lawsuit against Fox News' parent company.

Carlson’s show, which is one of the highest rated on Fox, will be helmed by a rotating group of Fox News personalities.
