The owners of Little Lucharitos has switched it up at their Aquebogue location, opening up Good Juju’s BBQ & Seafood Shack at the same location on Main Road. The entire place has been remodeled with a crab shack look.
The new spot will feature a menu of south barbeque and cajun crab boils. They had their grand opening last week on Friday May 12th.
Apps include a smoked crab dip ($16), loaded BBQ chips ($16) and crab cake ($20). They have fried baskets of shrimp ($16) and clams ($14). Handhelds include hot honkey chicken ($14), shrimp po’ boy $18), lobster roll (MP), and jujus good burger ($16).
Seafood boils range from $13 to $34 depending on size and type of seafood. They also have smoker BBQ plates like sliced brisket ($18), pulled pork or chicken ($15) and 1/2 rack of ribs ($18).
In a review of Juju’s on Patch, owner Marc LaMaina described his new joint as a “come as you are seafood shack-style eatery…”
On Yelp, Mark M, from Riverhead, gave them five stars in their first review.
“I took my wife Jasmine for some great food at Good JuJu for Mothers day,” he wrote. I asked Sophie our table provider can she tell the owners to change the name to GREAT JUJU because the food was that great!!”
They will be open Wednesday - Saturday 11am-9pm and Sundays from 11am-8pm.
