Happy (the name says it all) is truly an amazing dog. This little girl is approximately 2 years old, and sadly arrived at the shelter with Mega Esophagus. In the beginning, Happy was sick, but thanks to the great volunteers at Sweet Dog Rescue, Happy was loved her, nourished, and brought back to health. Happy doesn’t let her tummy bring her down, and would you believe a wonderful volunteer made a special chair for her (which will be given to the new adopter) which helps to keep her body in a position that enables her to keep the food down? What a sweetheart and a champ! To learn more about adopting Happy, check out Sweet Dog Rescue’s website.
