While much of the flooding is expected to be localized, significant flooding is possible due to rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing man who is bipolar, schizophrenic and may be suicidal

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing man who is bipolar, schizophrenic and may be suicidal.

 

Edward Koso, 21, who is currently undomiciled, was reported missing from the East Patchogue area on Montauk Highway, at 8 p.m. on Friday, May 27.  Koso is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 160 pounds and has red curly hair. He was last seen wearing a pink V-neck sweater and shorts.

 

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Koso’s location to call 911 or Fifth Squad detectives at 631-854-8538.

 

Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
