The First Squad reports the arrest of a Queens man for a Burglary that occurred on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 1:00 a.m. in Baldwin.
According to Detectives, Officers were dispatched to the Coral House, 70 Milburn Avenue, for an activated alarm. Upon arrival, Officers located Brian Guiadeen, 24, of 150-38 Jamaica Avenue, unlawfully, inside one of the dining rooms.
Defendant Guiadeen caused damage throughout the building and was arrested without incident.
Defendant Guiadeen is charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, and Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.
He will be arraigned on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at First District Court, 99 Main Street in Hempstead.
