If you’re a beer enthusiast on Long Island, you will have a lot to look forward to this month. Across the Island, local restaurants, pubs, and breweries are celebrating beer with tasting and pairing events that you won't want to miss!
Here’s a list of events in June featuring some great brews:
Father’s Day Beer Tasting and Sliders
Where: Waters Crest Winery, Selden
When: June 15 2-4 p.m.
Cost: $35, $25 for club members
Treat dad to a great beer tasting at the Waters Crest Winery in Selden. Greenport Harbor Brews will be on top along with sliders. RSVP required, call 631-734-5065.
Beer Fields Craft Beer and Music Festival
Where: Pennysaver Ampitheater at Bald Hill, Farmingville
When: June 21, 4-7 p.m.
Cost: $55 advance ticket, $75 at the door (if available)
Over 75 breweries will be at the Beer Fields this year. Ticket includes a three hour sampling and live music performed by Matisyahu, Nonstop to Cairo and more. Show lasts until 10:30 p.m.
Goose Island Beer Dinner
Where: The Lark Pub and Grub, Northport
When: June 17, 7-11:30 p.m.
Cost: $55 per person

Shipyard Beer Dinner
Where: Butterfields, Hauppauge
When: June 18, 7 p.m.
Cost: $39.95 plus tax and gratuity
Butterfields will be hosting a Shipyard beer dinner, pairing five ales from the Shipyard Brewing Company with five creative dishes. Limited seating is available, so be sure to buy a ticket in advance.
We Own the Flight Night with 21st Amendment Brewery
Where: Hoptron Brewtique, Patchogue
When: June 19, 7-10 p.m.
Cost: N/A
Celebrate your right to drink beer with the 21st Amendment Brewery. There will be specials on all 21st Amendment flights and pints.
