Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating an incident during which a man was found unresponsive in his relative’s pool in North Babylon.
Suffolk County Police responded to a home, located at 210 Hunter Ave., after a 911 caller reported that a relative, Rayquan Maxwell, was found unresponsive in a pool.
Family members and North Babylon Rescue performed CPR. Maxwell, 25, of Hartford, CT, was transported to Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip where he was in serious condition.
