Right past the farmers market on Mill Road and inside Sydney’s Taylor Made Cuisine in West Hampton, something secret is happening.
According to an Instagram post by @sushisuite, the sushi spot is the newest speakeasy restaurant in town
“Shhh, word Out East is there’s a new speakeasy in town,” the post from a few weeks ago says. “Tucked away in a former private dining room in the back of Westhampton staple Sydney’s Gourmet, our newest spot, Taylor’s Sushi Suite, officially opens TONIGHT!”

They advertise dining at an intimate eight-seat sushi counter with your very own private chef for a 90-minute, 17-course omakase.
As you can probably expect, seating is limited.
