The rapidly expanding bubble tea restaurant, Yaaas Tea, announced that it’s opening more Long Island locations in PatchogueGreat NeckNew Hyde Park and in Rockville Centre. Delivering bubble tea, coffee, and desserts, Yaaas has already won best bubble tea on Long Island for 2021, 2022 and 2023.

These will be additional locations of Yaaas Tea after Hauppauge, Huntington and Farmingdale.

Kelly Zhou, the founder of Yaaas Tea, hopes the success of her company will inspire other younger women.

“My grandma is the strongest woman I have ever met in my life,” she said about her biggest influence. “She is my lifelong role model for being an independent woman, and where I get the courage and determination to live every day like it is my last day.”

The Brown Sugar BOBO is a popular drink on their menu with brown sugar boba mixed with organic milk topped with savory cheezo cream and caramelized brown sugar ($5.95) as well as the Taro Milk Tea, a sweet drink with subtle hints of vanilla and a nutty flavor, presented in a vividly purple color, shaken with organic whole milk and ice ($5.95).

Baked desserts include a mouth-watering Cookie & Cream Cupcake, soft chocolate chiffon cake in a cup with fresh chocolate cream, chocolate pearls and oreo in a cup ($3.95) and fun and delicious-looking Strawberry Cloud Roll Cake, a soft strawberry cake with a swirl of airy and light fresh cream , gently rolled together and served in a box ($4.95).
