This is a refreshing summer favorite on Long Island and not to be confused with a traditional iced tea - this one packs a punch!

Long Island Iced TeaLong Island Iced Tea
Estimated Preparation Time: 2 Minutes
Serves: One

Ingredients:
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • 1 1/2 ounce Sour mix
  • 1/2 ounce Vodka
  • 1 splash Coke
  • 1/2 ounce Triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce Tequila
  • 1/2 ounce Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Gin

Directions:
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add Liquors 
  • Add sour mix 
  • Top with splash of coke 
  • Serve with lemon slice and straw

As a refreshing alternative, use orange juice in place of sour mix, replace lemon with a slice of orange and you've made a California Ice Tea!
