About the Photographer: J.M. Johnson was born in Huntington in 1953. He and his wife have lived on Long Island all their lives. Self taught and working in a strictly digital format in both color and black and white, his hope is to create artistic images which capture and express the moods and nuances of his subjects. His work can be found in local art shows, exhibits and restaurants around the island. Jim gave us special permission to share these photos with the rest of Long Island.
