The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a High Risk, Missing Juvenile from Hempstead that occurred on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. and was reported to Police at 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2023.
 
According to Detectives, Devine Foster, 13, was last seen running from a residence on Gladys Avenue southbound on Henry Street. He is described as a male black, 4’5” tall, approximately 120 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair.
 
He was last seen wearing a red tee shirt, plaid shorts, and black slippers. He suffers from
Autism and is non-verbal, also Devine is from out of state.
