According to a recent report, Rex Heuermann, the suspect in the Gilgo Beach murder case, had previously worked as an architect for former President Donald Trump. Records indicate that Heuermann's architectural firm, RH Architecture, was hired by the Trump Organization for a plumbing project on the 17th floor of the prestigious Trump Building located at 40 Wall Street. This information was disclosed in an October 2018 filing with the New York City Department of Buildings.

The architectural undertaking at the renowned Art Deco-style building was estimated to cost $205,017.00, as outlined in the official document. Heuermann's name is listed as the applicant, while Steve Lafiosca, the Vice President of Property Management at the Trump Organization, is identified as the owner.

Interestingly, Heuermann's business address is documented as 19 West 36th Street, which is believed to be the same location near Fifth Avenue where he was apprehended last week on numerous murder charges.
