July 27th marks a great day for exercising and staying healthy: National Take Your Pants for a Walk Day. Although it has a silly name, the day is suppose to encourage people to get off their couches or get off of their beach towels where they are sunbathing and go for a walk.
Luckily, Long Islanders have the luxury and privilege to have many different trails to hiking and walk on the island. Some trails go across the island and give the walker a view of the beautiful nature on Long Island.
