Frantic Search for Missing Elderly Woman from Hempstead, Detectives Urgently Seek Public's Help
The Missing Person Squad reports the details of a Missing Adult from Hempstead that occurred on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 7:00 pm and was reported to police on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 8:55 pm.
According to Detectives, Joycelyn Moses, 74, was last seen at her Hempstead residence. She is described as a female black, 5’5” tall, 180 lbs., with long wavy black hair, brown eyes and has a stocky build. She was last seen wearing a blue and white dress with a white undershirt. Her destination is unknown and she may be in need of medical attention.
