Terwilliger & Bartone Unveils The Cornerstone Westbury: Luxury Living Steps Away from Westbury's Train Station - Lease Now Open!

Farmingdale-based Terwilliger & Bartone Properties today announced the start of leasing for The Cornerstone Westbury, a modern luxury residential community located 1,000 feet from the Westbury Train Station at 461 Railroad Avenue. The milestone is marked with the launch of a new leasing website, cornerstonewestbury.com, where prospective residents can learn more about the 112 market rate residences slated to open in Fall 2023 (Phase I) and early 2024 (Phase II). 

The announcement comes on the heels of over 1,200 applications submitted for The Cornerstone Westbury’s 18 workforce housing units before the application period closed on July 24, 2023. The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in coordination with The Cornerstone Westbury and Village, will conduct a lottery this month for applicants who qualify for LIHP’s Affordable Rental Housing Program.
