The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:00 pm in Hempstead and was reported to police on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 4:42 pm.
 
According to Detectives, Owansa Benjamin, 15, was last seen leaving his residence on Albemarle Avenue. He is described as a male black, 5’5” tall, 110 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts with a blue stripe. His destination is unknown.
 
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above Missing Juvenile to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or to call 911.  All callers will remain anonymous.
