Desperate Search Underway: 14-Year-Old Hannah Schneck Vanishes from Hempstead Home, Community Urged to Help Locate Missing Teen
The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile from Hempstead that occurred on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at 9:55 p.m. and was reported to Police at 10:58 p.m.
According to Detectives, Hannah Schneck, 14, was last seen leaving her Maplewood Avenue home. She is described as a female black, black hair, brown eyes, 5’6” tall, and 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red sweater and red pants. Her possible destination is unknown.
