On Friday August 25, 2023, just before 10:30PM a Trooper stopped a 2013 GMC Arcadia on Flanders Road in the town of Southampton, Suffolk County.
The driver of the GMC, Jenna Chase, 28 of Sag Harbor, NY, was found to be intoxicated and driving with two children in the vehicle, ages 2 and 8.
Chase was charged with Aggravated DWI Leandra Law and Endangering the Welfare of a Child and will be arraigned in Southampton Town Court on September 19, 2023 at 9:00AM.
The State Police will continue to make traffic safety a priority as we head into the upcoming holiday weekend.
