The Public Information Office reports the details of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 12:46 p.m. in Valley Stream.
According to Police, a 74-year-old male operating a 2020 Toyota Sienna, was involved in a collision with a building, All Kids Pediatrics, located at 41 W. Merrick Road. While attempting to park in the rear of the building he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into 41 W. Merrick Road, injuring one female employee who was inside of the office.
She was transported to a local area hospital for treatment of arm pain and abdominal pain. The driver refused medical attention. No criminality is expected at this time.
