Suffolk County Police arrested an Islip Terrace man for a committing lewd act on Monday.
A family member of two girls reported to police that a man was naked and committing a lewd act while watching the girls, who are minors, from the window of his home, located at 2975 Sunrise Highway, on August 30.
Following an investigation by Third Squad detectives, Joseph Zink, was arrested today at approximately 3:50 p.m.
Zink, 59, was charged with Public Lewdness and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be held overnight at the Third Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on September 3.
