Moonlight Market Long Island - Moonlight Market Long Island is here to kick off the Halloween spooky season. Over 80 vendors selling the best Long Island has to offer in crafts, curiosities, and oddities. Live Bands, Bellydancers, Burlesque, and more. 21+ event. When: October 1, 2022, 4-11pm Where: Great South Bay Brewery, 25 Drexel Dr, Bay Shore.

 

Halloween Spooktacular at Sweetbriar Nature Center - Come to Sweetbriar Nature Center all ghoulies, ghosties, and other Halloween creepies for an evening of fun and excitement. Enjoy eerie animal presentations, a ghostly graveyard, creepy games, scary music, and spooky night trails. Best for ghouls 7 years and up. When: October 14-15, 2022. Where: Sweetbriar Nature Center, 62 Eckernkamp Drive, Smithtown.

 

Bellmore's 2022 Halloween Parade and Trunk or Treat - The Bellmore Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Halloween Parade & Trick-or-Treating for the community. Spooky music will echo down the street as we trick-or-treat.  All participating merchants will display “Mr. Pumpkin” in their window. After the parade join us for Trunk or Treat at the LIRR parking lot on Broadway. The Chamber will have a Halloween backdrop set up at the Trunk or Treat for parents to take pictures. Tails, Trails, and Treats - A fun Halloween afternoon for children. Kids can enjoy close encounters with animals, a ghostly garden, games, and a special puppet enchanted trail. When: Sunday, October 23, 2022. Where: Sweetbriar Nature Center, 62 Eckernkamp Drive, Smithtown.

 

Long Island Maritime Museum's 32nd Annual Halloween Boat Burning - Entertainment, refreshments, raffle boat drawing. When: Friday, October 28, 2022. Where: Long Island Maritime Museum, 88 West Avenue, West Sayville.

 

Oysterponds Halloween Celebration - Light up the Old Point Schoolhouse lawn with your creatively-carved pumpkins! 1) Pick up your pumpkin (they’ll be lined up on the side brick patio of Village House). 2) Carve your pumpkin. 3) Return your masterpiece to the Old Point Schoolhouse lawn by noon on Saturday, Oct. 29. The pumpkin display will be lit up at sundown on Saturday, Oct. 29 and Sunday, Oct. 30, accompanied by spine-chilling, scary music. When: Saturday-Sunday, October 29-30. Bellport's 2022 Halloween Parade, Trick or Treat, and Shop Local Saturday - When: Saturday, October 29, 2022. Where: Bellport Village.

 

Sag Harbor's 2022 Ragamuffin Parade - Everyone is invited to join in this annual fun event—children, adults and even pets! Parade participants should line up on Nassau Street (near the laundromat), and parade down Main Street to the Custom House lawn for family fun—games, activities and dance music. When: Sunday, October 30, 2022. Where: Sag Harbor.
