On Monday September 11, 2023, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Dominick Umbrino, 70 of Ridge, NY, for possessing child pornography. 

After a thorough investigation, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), Computer Crimes Unit (CCU), Forensic Identification Unit (FIU) and Community Stabilization Unit (CSU) worked together in seizing multiple electronic devices, including computers, hard drives and a cell phone from Umbrino.  These devices contained a significant amount of child pornography. 

Umbrino has been charged with three counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by Child a Class D Felony and three counts of Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child a Class E Felony.

Umbrino is being held for morning arraignment at Suffolk County First District Court at 9:00AM.
