Cold-blooded creatures will be taking over Suffolk Community College in Brentwood as the Reptile Expo comes to Long Island on October 20. With 150 vendor tables, it will be LI’s largest Reptile Expo ever and will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the college’s Health, Sports, and Education Center. If you have reptiles, want to bring home a new reptile friend, or are a reptile enthusiast, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
Adopt and shop while you learn from the pros
The Reptile Expo is an opportunity to connect with reptile experts. Dozens of reptile breeders will have reptiles, amphibians, and arachnids on display and available for sale as pets. Vendors will also be selling cages, terrarium supplies, frozen feeder rodents, and many other reptile-related items at discounted prices.
Tickets will be sold at the door only. Cash or credit card. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 7-12. Children under 7 are free. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. There is plenty of free parking.
Event organizers request that guests do not bring pets from home to the event.
