Motorcyclist Killed in Motor Vehicle Crash
Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a motorcycle crash that killed a man in North Lindenhurst last night.
An adult male was riding a 2015 Yamaha motorcycle southbound on Straight Path, near Colonial Road, when he collided with a northbound 2015 White BMW that was turning left into a driveway at approximately 8:15 p.m.
The victim, who has not been identified, was transported to Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the BMW is 18 years old, of Lindenhurst and was not injured.
