Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Third Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the driver of a vehicle that fled
the scene of a motor vehicle crash in Bay Shore in September.
 
A 16-year-old female was crossing Manor Lane when she was struck by a white pickup
truck turning from westbound Bay Shore Road to southbound Manor Lane on September
20 at approximately 8:05 p.m. The vehicle is believed to be a 2020-2024 GMC 2500 or
3500 pickup truck. The victim was transported to South Shore University Hospital in Bay
Shore for treatment of minor injuries.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
