The Diner Boys is a takeout- and delivery-only diner in North Merrick and had its grand opening on November 20th. It has an extensive menu featuring classic diner dishes including pancakes, waffles, burgers, wings, create your own omelettes, wraps, salads, and more.

According to its website, The Diner Boys was founded by two diner veterans, Peter Glykos and Michael Campbell, who aim to take “classic diner food and revolutionize it to the modern taste palette.”
