The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 4:00 pm in Hempstead and was reported to Police on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 10:00 pm.
According to Detectives, Shanda Watkins, 13, was last seen leaving her Grove Street residence. She is described as a female black, 5’3” tall, 110 pounds, long braided red hair, brown eyes, medium complexion and slight build. Her clothing description is a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black sneakers.
