State Superfund Site on Bridge St., Sag Harbor No Longer Significant Threat to Public Health and/or Environment

Sag Harbor, NY - December 6, 2016 - The following link opens a public notice about the reclassification of the K-Sag Harbor MGP Site # 152159 (Sag Harbor, Suffolk County) within New York's State Superfund Program:

The State Superfund Program site identified above was recently reclassified as a Class 4 site that no longer presents a significant threat to public health and/or the environment. The public notice explains why this determination was made.
