A good steak place is hard to find, especially on Main Street in Patchogue.

According to a story on GreaterLongIsland.com, the owner of the Village Idiot restaurants is planning a steakhouse called Chops at 38 West Main Street. Formerly Flo’s Luncheonette.

 

The story says that the owner wants Chops to be high end, requiring a dress code and offering the best wine and cocktails.
