Don’t want to go it alone? Then try out a stand up paddleboarding (SUP) class! Beginners can learn the basics and advanced students cans go on longer adventures with the experts. There are a lot of other fun ways to enjoy paddleboarding too, including floating yoga, paddle fitness, SUP & Stretch, and the SUP & Sip paddle adventure that culminates in a local wine and cheese pairing on the North Fork. Throughout the summer you can even come out to SUP with live music!

Adventure Paddleboards also rents kayaks, so you can join in on all the paddling fun even if you aren’t too keen on standing up while on the water.
