The Blind Bat Brewery truly takes the word "microbrewery" to heart. This self-described "nanobrewery" is a one-man operation which currently only brews three barrels of wood-smoked ales and other artisanal beers at a time. Plans are underway to expand Blind Bat from its small home in Centerport to a larger facility in Farmingdale better suited for full-time brewing.
