This 9-hole public golf course opened in 1970 on predominantly flat terrain, making it an ideal course for beginning golfers. Measurements are 1,878 yards from the longest tees, a par value of 30, a slope of 80 and a rating of 27. The fairways are wide open and the greens are a safe, medium size. The course plays very fair for all skill levels and offers a pleasant walking experience as well. There are sand bunkers but no water hazards. On Wednesdays, special discounts are offered to disabled firefighters and seniors. The Golf Links offers pull carts for rental and a putting green for extra practice. A professional golf trainer is on hand for private or group lessons. Food and alcohol-free beverages are also available. The facilities are closed on Tuesdays.
