This North Shore 18-hole public golf course provides incredible views of Long Island Sound. The original layout was designed by William F. Mitchell in 1963. Stephan Kay redesigned three holes in 1986. This picturesque but challenging course is often the home for tournaments and outings. Both downhill and uphill holes, water hazards, small to medium greens, wide and inviting fairways and the ever-changing wind factor combine for an interesting game for all levels of golfers. The course can be played from different tees ranging from 5,658 yards to 6,574 yards, all with a par value of 72. Extensive property renovations have included adding the newest amenities to the clubhouse. An improved, full-service Pro shop, practice areas, food and bar services, equipment rentals and professional lessons are all available.
