The Long Island Children's Museum offers 14 unique hands-on and interactive exhibits that transplant children into a world of their own that they are free and encouraged to explore. The museum boasts a 145-seat state-of-the-art theater and three classroom-sized learning studios. The fun will be absolutely endless in the museums many different galleries including "Bricks and Sticks" where visitors will be able to build and shape three-dimensional worlds with various building blocks and other materials and "Bubbles," a whimsical area where children will be able to blur the boundary between play and experimentation when they are able to stand inside a giant bubble themselves. There are also early childhood programs and family workshops.
