I am a small business owner and have about four employees working for me. Now and again I also have a long-term contractor. I used to take care of all the insurance and benefits stuff myself, but nowadays it is really confusing to deal with, owing to healthcare reform. It's about to get ten times as complicated with 2014 just around the corner, bringing so many changes with it. For the past year I've been working with Paul instead of trying to deal with all this myself. Paul is a really great guy; he knows what he's doing, he's honest and up-front about the commissions he receives, and he has saved us a lot of money finding plans which meet everyone's needs and also satisfy legal requirements.
